Josue and his crew at 5A Flooring did an outstanding job installing hardwood flooring throughout our home. From the very beginning to the completion of the project, Josue was professional, communicative, and thorough. He took the time to explain the entire installation process to us and kept us informed every step of the way. What impressed us most was the care and respect he and his crew showed for our home. They treated it as if it were their own, carefully covering and protecting everything that could potentially be affected by dust or the installation process—including door frames, light fixtures, AC vents, window shutters, and other areas throughout the house. Their attention to cleanliness and detail was exceptional. The quality of the installation was truly outstanding. The hardwood flooring, baseboards, and trim work were all completed beautifully. However, what impressed me the most was the craftsmanship on the stairs. The attention to detail was incredible, and the finished result exceeded our expectations. Honestly, I couldn't have asked for anything better—it was simply perfect. We received quotes from a total of five different installers, and Josue's pricing was very fair and reasonable considering the amount and quality of work completed. In our experience, the value we received from 5A Flooring was exceptional. Another unexpected highlight was hearing gospel music playing while they worked. It brought such a peaceful and positive atmosphere to the house. We later discovered that we attend the same church in Oceanside, OCC, which made the experience even more special. We feel very fortunate to have found an installer who is honest, dependable, punctual, and takes genuine pride in his work. There were no shortcuts, and his equipment and workmanship were top-notch. His craftsmanship is truly second to none. We highly recommend Josue and his crew at 5A Flooring to anyone looking for high-quality flooring installation. They exceeded our expectations, and we couldn't be happier with the results!

The owner takes pride in his work and did an excellent job of prepping & installing laminate & base boards. He had to start a day late due to another project that went long, but he made up for it by staying late & working on a Saturday. The final result looks great!

We can't recommend Josue at 5A Flooring highly enough. From the very beginning he was kind, honest, and clearly really knew his stuff. This was our first house and our first big repair job, so we were honestly pretty nervous going in. But from the moment Josue took over, that worry just went away. We knew we were in good hands. We had a tight deadline and he worked so hard to get everything done, and never cut corners to do it. Even though we weren't able to be there in person much, he kept us in the loop the whole time, constantly sending photos and updating us on the progress and anything we needed to know. That meant the world to us, especially not being local. He even went out of his way to water some of our plants that were struggling in the heat, which honestly tells you everything about the kind of person he is. If you're looking for someone trustworthy, skilled, and genuinely good to work with, Josue is your guy. Highly recommend!

Josue installed a new floor in our bedroom. We had a specific type of floor that Josue doesn’t normally supply, but he worked with us so that we ordered the floor and he installed. From quoting to doing the work, he completed everything on time and to a great quality. Thank you!

We were looking to have a large area of our LVP flooring, that had been improperly installed, removed and replaced correctly. We were quoted by numerous flooring contractors. Josue was the only person to give us reasonable insight into what was wrong and what it would take to fix properly. All throughout the process he communicated timely and clearly about everything. His workmanship was excellent. He and his team did everything they said they would do and they left the repaired area looking better than the rest of our house. He was also very detailed and made all of the finishing touches to make the new flooring look great. We would hire Josue again any time! (Sorry for the delay in the review!)

Josue and his helper repaired engineered wood floors in 2 different rooms in our home. They also replaced a stair riser on our wood stairs. The work done was excellent. They moved and protected our furniture before starting and we're very respectful of our home. His route was fair and he made sure that we were completely satisfied with his work.
